Magna Grill – New 2012
COMMENTS
We're the second owners. Her first owner is responsible for making many upgrades and modifications. We've added to the list with new interior cushions, floor mats, batteries, rail-mounting Magma grill, and a lighter-weight kick-up rudder by Ruddercraft. The new rudder has an attachment that turns it into a mast crutch. Harried Potter has spent several summers at the marina in McCall, Idaho otherwise, she's been stored indoors or under cover. A new set of running rigging will be provided to replace the current aged rigging. The companion hatch was stripped, sanded and revarnished in 2017 with 5 layers of Epifanes premium varnish. An extra quart of Epifanes Rapidclear will be provided for any future bright work touch-up.
She won't win any races, but she's easy to sail, with minimal heel. Harried Potter is also easy to trailer behind our Honda Ridgeline. With two people moving at a leisurely rate, she can be ready to go from parking lot to water in about 45 minutes. That includes stepping the mast, attaching the motor and prepping the lines for launch. She comes with all the necessary safety gear to hit the water, give or take a life jacket or two. I've run her dock lines through the wash, and the fenders have been scrubbed. With a rigging change and installed batteries, she'll be ready for the 2019 sailing season.
The reason for selling? We bought an RV, I learned to ride a motorcycle and until we're retired, our plate has become too full. If you're interested in any of her specs, or would like to see her in person in Boise, Idaho, please contact me: Abby. Thank you!
